We have developed our four 3D animated characters which are Alfa, Piper, Ollie and Patch. The idea is young children can connect easily to animated characters. This allows us to help the children develop their knowledge, skills and values better. We want these characters to be the young children’s friends and act as their role models.
As an education-based company with STEM-focused, there are 3 important elements that shape our works:

ALFA and Friends Characteristics
Alfa
There is no one who loves science more than Alfa! With his lab coat on, he is always ready to explore and experiment new things!
As the brain of the group, Alfa is the best in explaining things. When you get confused, Alfa will pop out to help you out!
Alfa always looks forward to new adventures to explore and learn new things. If the adventures didn’t come, he will hunt for them!
Piper
The creative and cheerful Piper is excellent in Mathematics and Science. She has a natural talent for arts and building craft.
The cheerful Piper is always so positive in seeking knowledge and taking up new challenges. She is incredibly great in providing scientific examples.
There is no learning without failure, and whenever the bunch are feeling down, Piper will be the one to encourage and motivate her friends. She is always fairly ethical and discipline.
Ollie
The playful Ollie is always curious about everything and thanks to his wonderful friends, he has fun learning while exploring new things.
Ollie always wonders about things. He has a lot to ask and has never ending curiosity. Fortunately, he has his wonderful friends to watch his back.
This is one bunny you can’t help but love. Ollie has a big heart and really cares for his friends.
Patch
Fun Patch is seldom serious. Patch is always excited and eager to go for a learning adventures with his friends!
This creative friend is not afraid to experiment and take risks. Even he gets into a lot of trouble, Patch always finds a way on how to solve them!
This cunning pirate bird always has some trick under his hat. Worry not, there is no sad and frowning face when Patch is around!
Summary
In our work, we incorporated the important future readiness of knowledge, skills and values into everything that we do – our programmes, Teachers’ Professional Development, Program Guides, 3D Animations, comic, STEM Camps, STEM Kits etc.
We would like ALFA, Piper, Ollie and Patch to inspire all the children to be brave, curious and independent just like them!
At ALFA and Friends, we embrace weaknesses with much positivity and with warm strengths, we hold hands with our children, the future leaders and innovators, to bravely build themselves and are well equipped with 21st century skills.
